Ampohm Wound Products Ltd is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of standard, specialist and custom made capacitors, interference suppressors, chokes and inductors for the industrial, audio, lighting, military, railway and automotive markets.

Based in Launceston, Cornwall, and a subsidiary company of GSPK Circuits Ltd, Ampohm has been created out of the assets of Ampohm (Capacitors) Ltd which ceased trading in January 2006. Having taken over the technology, Ampohm is now in full operation from our new business premises based at Unit 1d, Treburley Industrial Estate.

Ampohm benefits from the skills and expertise of our highly trained employees who, collectively, have over 80 years experience working for the company and who are committed to designing, manufacturing and delivering quality products to suit your delivery schedules.

We specialise in being able to provide you with tailored solutions to suit your specific requirements and guarantee quality from the start of the manufacturing process right through to final test. The quality of our raw materials is inspected at goods in and continually thereafter through our BS ISO9001 systems approval processes.
