Interference Suppressors
Ampohm specialise in the innovative design, development and manufacture of high quality interference suppressors for use across various markets.
We have the capabilities to manufacture RC networks (resistor capacitors) allowing the suppression of arcing and radio interference over a broad frequency range.
Standard options include:
- Class x2 metallised polyester interference suppressors from 0.01 to 1.0µF manufactured to BS EN 132400. Resin coated or plastic cased, with choice of leads
- Delta suppressors to BS EN 132400, for suppression of small motors and machines
- Contact suppressors composed of a 0.047µF to 0.47µF capacitor complete with relative resistor, finished in a robust housing with a choice of leads and an optional mounting bracket
- Class Y metallised polypropylene interference suppressors from 0.0022 to 0.047µF, excellent for voltage surge protection
- Automotive suppressors for alternator, ignition and switch interference
